Registration - Onboarding

Welcome to our tutorial guide on Digital Childcare's powerful onboarding function! 

With this feature, admins can efficiently add multiple families at once and send out invitations for them to complete their registrations seamlessly. Say goodbye to manual data entry and hello to streamlined enrollment processes. 

Let's dive in and explore how to make onboarding a breeze with Digital Childcare!

Start by navigating to the Admissions tab and clicking on 'Dashboard'.

Here, you'll see all families who have applied or are in the process of completing their registration.

When you're ready to send invites to multiple families, click on 'New Onboarding Request'.

A new box will appear where you can begin entering your families' information. Let's review each step.

Begin by selecting the program to which the listed children will be assigned.

After entering the program, the admin can select the appropriate room. Room information can be adjusted as needed once all children have been fully registered.

Next, the administrator can enter the parents' names, email addresses, and the child's name. The schedule will be pre-populated based on the selected program.

Finally, check off the information you need the family to complete. Some items will already be shaded and required, while others can be optional depending on the center's needs.

When everything is set, click on 'Send Invitation'. This will ensure all listed families receive an email to complete their enrollment package.
