Admissions Dashboard

Welcome to your Admissions dashboard. We will go through essential elements here to streamline the process of enrolling a new child, enabling us to monitor families' progress through their enrollment applications efficiently.

To begin, we will direct you to the section where you can access the enrollment applications for the children.

In the left-side column under "Admissions," click on "Dashboard".

This is how your Admission Dashboard will appear. Allow me to break down the elements on this page for you.

At the top of the page, you can gain a clearer overview of families who have applied, are on your center's waitlist, in the process of completing an application, and more. The goal is to assist you in recalling all the families you have interacted with.

In the following section, you will find a breakdown of the child's application. The example below illustrates the status of the child's application, which has been submitted.

Before delving into the application details, we would like to highlight a few key points about this bar.

Next to certain columns, you will notice arrows pointing up and down.

These arrows enable you to filter the columns in chronological order. For instance, in the "Age" column, you can filter from the youngest to the oldest or vice versa.

This symbol enables you to filter through other columns in a more specific manner.

Here is an example: by clicking on this symbol next to the "Status" column, you can filter through the families' applications.

You can customize your filter to only show potential families, excluding withdrawn or rejected applications or just families that have applied. Feel free to tailor your view according to your preferences.

Towards the end of the bar, you'll come across the "Actions" button. Let's explore some of the features available here.

Selecting "View Enrollment Request" will redirect you to the parent's application, offering more detailed information about the child and the family.

Clicking on "Change Status" will open a new window where you can modify the status of the child's application.

You also have the option to leave notes here, allowing you to keep track of your decisions.

Here are the various options to modify the status of a child's application. If you are unable to place a child in a program, you can change their status to waitlist. Alternatively, if you have reviewed a family's application and everything is complete, you can change the status to approved.

Under "View Communications," you can provide support to families who may have questions about the application process, their status on the waitlist, and more.

Email notifications will alert you when there is a message waiting for your attention.

Selecting "Review Enrollment Application" is necessary when a family has completed an application, and it's time for the final review. We will delve deeper into this process in our upcoming tutorial.
