Family Sign-Up Invitations

Welcome, admins, to your go-to guide on Digital Childcare! Today, we'll walk you through the simple process of sending invitations to families, allowing them to seamlessly enter the waitlist and registration process. 


With our step-by-step instructions, you'll master this essential task in no time, ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment experience for both families and your childcare center. 


Let's dive in and get started!




From the Dashboard screen, administrators have several options for sending out family invitations.




1st Option - Centre Join Code


Admins can share the center join code with families via email or message. This is useful when admins want to send personalized emails to families, such as for kindergarten registration night, and include the code for easy access.


To begin, go to Centre Settings, accessible by clicking on the Admin Settings located at the top right corner of the screen.

The join code can be found at the bottom of the general screen. Click on the icon next to the join code, and admins will be able to include the code in an email or text.



2nd Option - Family Invite


Admins can send an invitation to a family, and they will receive an automated email containing the centre join code.


The email will look something like this;



To do this, navigate to the Families tab under My Centre located on the left panel.




From here, click on the Invite to Centre tab.





A new window will appear where admins can enter the parent's name and email. Admins can also include a message, which will appear in the email shared with the family.



3rd Option - Onboarding Feature


The onboarding feature enables admins to send out multiple invites to families. For a deeper dive into this feature, explore our guide on 'Registration - Onboarding'.




For a quick demonstration of where to find it, the onboarding request button can be located in the Dashboard of the Admissions tab.




A new screen will appear where admins can start entering the family's information. Additionally, admins will be able to request certain items that need to be completed during the family's registration.






Admins are now prepared to utilize the most suitable method of invitations for families, tailored to specific circumstances.
