Family Profile

Welcome, administrators! In this guide, we'll navigate through the process of reviewing family profiles using Digital Childcare.

From accessing general information to diving into specific details, this tutorial will empower you to make the most of the platform for streamlined childcare administration. Let's get started!

Navigate to "My Centre" and select the "Families" tab.

In this view, the admin will be able to see all the families that are enrolled at the centre including their children's names.

Children with names in blue font are currently active, and administrators can click on their names to access their profiles. Names in black font signify that the children are either in the registration process or on the waitlist.

When searching through the centre's list of families, administrators can type in a family's name for a quicker search.

Another quick way to search through the centre's families is by classroom. Click on the room's search bar and select the needed room. Only the children enrolled in that room will appear.

To view the family's profile, either click on their name or access the actions tab and click "View."

In the family's profile, admins will discover general information about the family, as well as a list of all their children.

If necessary, an admin can click on the edit button to update any information for the family. Once the information has been updated, click on save.

On the main screen of the Families tab, admins are able to access archived files.

Click the button beside "Status," check off "Archived," and click "OK."

Also, on the main families screen, admins can effortlessly send an invitation to a family by clicking the "Invite to Centre" button.

A new box will appear, allowing admins to add the family's main information along with a message. Then, click "Send," and the family will receive an email notification.
