Welcome, educators, to this comprehensive guide on navigating and reviewing children and families profiles in Digital Childcare!

In this tutorial, we'll walk you through the user-friendly interface that empowers you to access, update, and engage with crucial information about the children under your care and their families. From personal details to health information and consents, we'll cover it all, ensuring you're equipped to provide the best possible support and care.

To access and review family profiles, navigate to the "My Centre" tab and click on the "Families" section. This will display a comprehensive list of all the families currently enrolled at the childcare centre.

Selecting a parent's name will grant access to general information about the family, including details about their children.

To access more information about each child, there are two ways to proceed. First, you can click on the eye symbol next to the child's name directly from the Families page to view their profile.

Alternatively, you can navigate to "My Centre" and click on "Children." This will provide an overview of all the children currently enrolled at the centre.

Click on either the child's name or access their account by clicking on the Actions tab and then selecting View.

Within the child's profile, there are various sections to explore and review.

In the General tab, you can view the child's personal information, learn about their personality and strengths, access custody details, and review the program in which they are currently enrolled.

In the Contacts section, you can find essential information such as family details, emergency contacts, authorized individuals for pick-up, professional contacts, and restricted contacts.

Under Temporary Authorized Pick-up, educators can check if someone has the authorization to pick up a child for a specific time frame.

In the Health & Support section, you'll find detailed health information, including allergies, dietary restrictions, medical plans, medications, and non-prescription products. Additionally, any individualized support plans will be accessible in this section.

In the Immunization section, you can view the child's current immunization schedule along with an updated copy. If the child is exempted from any or all immunizations, you will find the relevant documentation in this section.

In the Consents section, educators can access all the consent forms that parents have agreed too.

In the Settings section, you can see whether a child is currently active in the program. When a child is active, all the educators assigned to their program will have access to important and relevant information.
