Educator Profile

Embark on a journey of self-management as an educator using Digital Childcare. 

This guide will walk you through reviewing your profile, enabling you to add or remove essential information effortlessly. Stay organized and in control of your professional details with ease.

Once the admin has set up the educator's account by inputting their primary details, a link will be sent to the educator for them to finalize their profile. 

To access your profile, navigate to "My Centre" and click on "My Profile."

Under the "General" tab, you can edit your personal information, view the rooms you are connected too, and provide emergency contacts.

Under the "Employment" tab, you can access the "General" section to view and manage your employment information, payment details, benefits, and more. In the "Training" section, you can conveniently organize your professional development, diplomas, and related details.

Certain sections will come pre-populated, and only administrators will have the authority to make adjustments.

In the "Documents" section, please submit all necessary documents, including CPR training and more. Click the "New" button to enter the required information.

In the "Health" section, educators will need to include their medical information, immunization record, and any other required details.

In the "Settings" section, it will show if an educator is active. When active, an educator will have access to a child's profile for emergency information, observation, or attendance tracking. 

This section is managed by the administration.
