Welcome, administrators!
In this guide, we'll explore how to efficiently generate family invoices using Digital Childcare. With this tool, you'll not only be able to streamline the invoice generation process but also calculate subsidies and CWELCC reductions accurately.

Let's dive in and simplify your billing procedures while ensuring financial assistance for eligible families.

To generate an invoice for a family, it's important to ensure that the child's profile contains accurate information.

Navigate to the "Children" tab under "My Centre." Then, click on the "Actions" tab for the specific child and select "View."

In the child's profile, click on the "Billing" tab. The first two tabs in this section will display invoices and the family's payments.

Under the "Subsidy Information" tab, administrators can enter the family's subsidy rate. Simply click on "Edit," and it will open a new window.

If a family has a subsidy rate, click "Yes."

After clicking "Yes," more information will be required before saving. Go ahead and entre all the information needed and click "Save".

Now, all the information will be saved in the child's profile. If there are any changes, simply click on "edit" to make necessary adjustments.

In the "Split Payment Settings" tab, families can request invoice splitting. Simply click "Edit" to input or modify the information.

Families can enter the specific percentage by which an invoice should be split between parents. To do this, the primary parent must have included the second parent under "Parents" in the contacts section.

Now that you've learned how to input information for famil invoices, you're one step closer to efficient billing management with Digital Childcare.
