Waitlist Tracking: Managing Enrollment Applications

Modified on Sun, 26 Nov, 2023 at 7:42 PM

We will walk through your waitlist for new families interested in joining your centre. Explore how you can efficiently monitor and manage all your families in one centralized location.

Starting from your home page, proceed to click on "Admissions."

Here, you will click on the waitlist.

When reviewing the centre's waitlist, you can assess a waitlist for each program individually.

Each child will be assigned a number to identify their position on the waitlist.

If you need to make adjustments based on a child's priority, you can modify their position on the waitlist by simply clicking on the arrows.

For larger waitlists, click on the child's position number, and make adjustments by moving the circle on the line or by changing the number. Click the blue button when ready.

         Selecting the line

              Selecting the number

At the end of each child's row, you will find an "Actions" button. Let's explore the available options in this section.

Selecting "View Enrollment Request" will redirect you to the parent's application, offering more detailed information about the child and the family.

Under "View Communications," you can provide support to families who may have questions about their waitlist status.

If you are able to enroll a child from your waitlist, click on "Change Status" and invite the family to initiate their registration by selecting 'Application Requested'.

You can also include any relevant notes.

Clicking on "Change Program" allows you to add a child to another program's waitlist.
