Parent Registration/Signup Invitation

This guide will help admins to:

• Invite all not-registered parents to register.
  
  
• Invite only one parent to register.

Send Signup Link

 Invite all parents who have not registered yet and have an email in the parent profile.

1. Open the My Centre > Families page.

2. Click on the Send Signup Link button to invite all parents who have not registered yet.

3. Click on the Send sign-up button to send bulk email. 

4. An email with the registration link will be sent to all parents who have not registered yet.

5. Parents can click the link to create an account on Digital Childcare Portal.

Single Parent Invite

Invite one parent to register.

1. Open the My Centre > Families page.

2. Find the parent from the list and click the Actions > Send invite button.

3. An email with a registration link will be sent to parent.

4. Parents can click the link to create an account on Digital Childcare Portal.
