Families may receive an email or text message from the childcare operator containing a link with the centre's join code.
This join code is crucial as it connects the family directly to their designated childcare centre.
Below is an example of such an email for families:
When families click on the link, it will bring them to this window.
Complete the rest of the information and agree to the terms. Once everything is completed, click on "Create Account."
The family is now logged into their account and can start adding their child to the centre's waitlist.
To log back into the Digital Childcare portal, save this link to your favorites on your preferred browser:
