Whether you're logging in for the first time or need to change your password, we've got you covered with step-by-step instructions.
On the main login screen, input your email and password to log into your account.
If you can't remember your password, click on "Forgot Password."
Here, you will enter your email. A link will be sent to you, allowing you to follow the instructions to change your password.
Once logged into your account, to change your password, click on the person icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
A side window will open, where you can click on "Change password."
In this new window, enter your current password and your new password. When you're ready, click "Send."
You've successfully learned how to log in to your Digital Childcare account and change your password. With these simple steps, you can now access the app with ease and ensure your account remains secure.
