Welcome, administrators and educators, to our comprehensive guide on utilizing the E-Log Book feature in Digital Childcare!

In this tutorial, we'll walk you through the functionalities and benefits of the E-Log Book, ensuring you have the tools to streamline your documentation processes and enhance communication within your childcare centre. Let's dive in!

To get started, navigate to the "Operations" tab and select "E-Log Book."

Within this section, administrators and educators can efficiently document daily information and easily share it with their colleagues.

When composing a message, administrators and educators have the option to specify the intended recipient.

Message logs can be shared with the entire centre by admins only. This feature is useful for sending reminders, greetings, or other important information. Clicking on the centre log allows all programs and educators to view the message.

Both educators and admins can share logs with specific rooms by clicking on the 'Choose a room' bar.

When entering a log in the E-log book, educators and admins can categorize the message under a specific category, such as attendance, fire drills, and more.

This categorization makes it easier to search through the centre's

E-log book when needed.

If needed, educators and admins can filter through the E-log book to refer back to important information.

You can search by date, category, rooms, or through the centre logs by admin.

To ensure compliance with the ministry, it is imperative that no editing, deleting, or alterations are permitted in the E-Log Book, making it a seamless replacement for traditional communication books.

As we conclude this guide on utilizing the E-Log Book in Digital Childcare, we encourage you to explore additional tutorial videos to enhance your understanding of various features.
