Children Schedule can be created in two different page:
1. Schedule - Weekly Schedule page: https://app.mydigitalchildcare.com/schedule click the + Child Schedule button, fill out the information, and save it.
2. Child Profile - Schedule tab: Click on any date slot, click the Create Schedule button, and fill out the information and save it.
3. Add Schedule Dialog
- Child: select a child to create a schedule
- Room: Room to schedule
- Recurring Schedule: If selected, a schedule will be created for selected days every week until the end date. If you want to make it for one week only, unselect this option.
- Start/end date: Schedule start and end date. If your schedule does not have an end date, leave the end date blank and click on the Ongoing option
- Start time / End Time: Schedule start and time.
- Days: Select days
BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL SCHEDULES
If you want to create before and after-school program schedules for a child, you must create two separate schedules with different start and end times.
